Too many activations

Trying to access an ebook on kortex reader for which I need to activate my device with my adobe ID, I get the message this email has been used to activate too many devices, this could be because  have recentyly reset my devices. When I have contacted customer services chat (3 times) I get told I have no subscriptions or that digital editions is not supported try the forums. Now lost HELP!
