Too many activations

Hello I get the messegae that I have too many activations, while I m trying to authorize my adobe digital edition, I need to reset the activation count.

I contact the live support but they weren't capable of helping so I got a link to post here my problem, I hope that I get a reset soon so I can read ebooks on my vacations, thanks in advance

I have tried on my old device and I could authorize it easily, problem is with Adobe digital edition on devices, on my new device I cannot authorize, is there anyone who can help?
