Too Many Activations Error

Hi,

I too have the Too Many Acivations error on my Sony PRS 505 Reader - I have put in a case to tech support and am still waiting #0181272034. I have given them my user ID but nothing is happening yet. Jim Lester, you appear to be the only working tech at Adobe...can you please help?

Taken care of, you now have 6 activations available, with (yet another) complaint sent to the support management team.
