Hi, I was activating my e-reader and I got this message from Adobe Digital Editions. I'm on Mac OSX El Capitan and I'm using ADE 2.0. Could you reset the count for use my new e-reader?

I have the same problem but I can't contact with the Chat Support from Spain I think, what's the problem? How can I talk with them?
