Too much devices activated with the same id

I can't use anymore my book reader because each time  i try to match my adobe id with the app mlol, a red error says that too much devices have been  activated with the same id...

But it's not true!!!

I used only one app in the same device, but for many times I installed and disinstalled the same app untill was unusefull to subscribe the adobe id..

Please, solve this problem!!

    I have reset the activation now. Please try to login again and see if you can access the books now.

    I also have been told that my Adobe ID was used to authorize a previous device, but that isn't true. Can I have this resolved as well? Thank you.

    Try and send an email to adesup@adobe.com .

    They should be able to help you all with this problem.
