Transfer library from old computer to new computer now book does not want to appear in Digital Editi

 I  need Adobe to remove the authorization on my Digital Edition so that I can add the e-book that I bought.  I uploaded it on my old computer and now bought a new computer. I followed the information provided for me on Adobe support. Now when I want to load the file on my old and new computer it says that is uploaded or added in the library, but both libraries do not have the book.
