Transfer my E-books to new device

On my old laptop, I had Adobe Digitial Editions v2 (signed in & authorised). I no longer have access to this laptop.

I now have a new laptop & have downloaded Adobe Digitial Editions v4.5 (signed in & authorised).

However, none of the E-books from my old laptop has been automatically transferred & I can not see my E-books on my online account profile.  How do I access this content please?
