Transferred library book has DRM error on my KOBO Windows 11 laptop with Digitial editions 4.5.11
Does Digital Editions version 4.5.11 work properly with Windows 11 and how it processes DRM and Adobe ID's when the books are downloaded/transferred ?
A transferred library book onto my KOBO Clara HD keeps giving me an DRM error when I use Digitial Editions version 4.5.11 on my new Windows 11 laptop.
My Adobe ID is the same on Digitial editions on my laptop and on my Kobo but I keep getting a message that says that I have a DRM problem with the library book once it is loaded onto my Kobo. I have a Kobo Clara HD.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Digitial editions many times, reset my authorizations many times and restarted my laptop many times and I still receive the same error.
I have no problems when I download library books to the Overdrive App and the Overdrive App uses the same Adobe ID.
I have had the same Adobe ID for many years and the download and transfer does work on my Windows 10 laptop. However, I use Adobe Digitial Editions 3.0 on the Windows 10 laptop.
I tried to find a download for Adobe Digitial Editions 3.0 to see if this would work on my new Windows 11 laptop but I could not find that version on the Adobe site.
