transferring ADE 3.0 to new computer with windows 11

I got a new computer that is running windows 11. I installed ADE 4.5 but for some reason when I transfer the books to my Nook I get and error message about loan not working .  After unsuccessful visits to Barnes and Noble, my library and online chat with Adobe to fix the problem, I booted up my old computer which has ADE 3.0 and used that to load my Nook.  Worked fine.

Is there a way to copy ADE 3.0 from my old computer to my new?  Will 3.0 run in windows 11?  I looked for a download of ADE 3.0 but couldn't find it.
