Transferring books to Kobo

1.  My ADE hasn't been able to transfer books into my Kobo for quite a while now. 

2.  Also, just replaced my hard drive and had to reinstall ADE.  It is only showing 29 books in my account, where I had over 300.  Hope someone has an answer to this.
