Transferring out of date software

We have Adobe Elements 10 on a computer that is dying.  We would like to move it to another computer in the office.  My issue is this software was downloaded off the internet so I don't have the disk to load, deactivate and reactivate on the new computer.  I don't believe Elements 10 is still available for download.
