transition from Adobe Digital Editions to Bytebooks

I have continually sought to obtain a OTP from Bytebooks so I can transition from Adobe Digital Editions to the Bytebooks platform. It wont send the OTP to confirm my account.

 

There is also no way other than email to contact Bytebooks who have never replied - this is woeful service on behalf of Adobe and Bytebooks

      I have the same issue we can’t be the only ones. I have tried contacting Bytebooks and I also get crickets. Now I can’t borrow any library books via Libby because I have to download them to Libby and then my Kobo. There must be somebody who can help with this.

      No I dont. I purchased a legal textbook via Lexis Nexis. It cost $300.00 AUD. Lexisnexis uses Digital Editions as we know Digital Editions moved to Bytebooks. I got an email from Bytebooks after I stated I wanted to make a formal complaint. It appears stating those words must trigger an specific algorithm and they replied  asking for screen shots. I gave them  those and then nothing but crickets
