Trouble authorizing

I set up an account with Adobe Digital Editions and it won't let me authorize the computer.  It says my user ID or password is wrong.  I have determined the correct user ID.  How can I change my password?

Try this: Learn how to reset a forgotten password or change your existing passwords.

For ADE should used only letters (big and small) and numbers. Good Luck.
