Trouble downloading book

I am having trouble downloading a book to my account. I have it on my iPad but when I download it to my MacBook Pro is says this "

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY" How do I fix this so I can have the book on my laptop as well.
