Trouble getting authorisation done

Hi

Actually i bought an e textbook for which i was supposed to download Abode digital edition. I did that and completed the authorisation, but my e- text wasn't opening. So, when i contacted the bookstore, they asked be to de- authorise my account and then re- authorise it using different password. I did that too but now i am facing trouble in re- authorising my account because it says that my password is incorrect. I got help from your team, they sent me password change link and i changed my password too, but still i am not able to re= authorise my account. Please help me with this issue as i need to access my e- textbook as soon as possible. i am even attaching screenshot of the issue that i am facing.
