Trouble installling ADE 2.0

I'm trying to install Abode Digital Edition . When I donwload ADE 2.0 installer, it does not give me the option to open, only to save. When I click on the download and try to open it won't open. I have an adb oe account, and have tried multiple times to download, but it's no go.

I'm working on a PC qith Vista o/s. Any suggestions?
