Trouble opening e-Book in ADE

I have fully downloaded ADE and then tried to open the e-book on my computer prior to transferring to my Kindle. The following error message appears: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. Please help

    This message refers to a difference in your computer's time, date and time

    zone settings from what Adobe expects it to be. Check your computer's

    settings.

    Thank you for the reply. Do you know which time zone Adobe uses? I am on Central African Time (GMT + 2).

    I'm not an Adobe employee, but I believe that Adobe's servers are located in

    several parts of the world. I don't think that matters as long as your

    computer has the proper date, time and time zone for its location.
