Trouble with downloading e-books due to time/date/zone problem

After my second Kobo e-reader broke down, I decided that enough is enough and I switched to a different e-reader. I want to download the books I bought but I'm having trouble because of some time/date/zone problem which I don't understand. Could someone help me? Kees B.
