Troubleshooting with vendor ID and opening an eBook

Good day
I am new to the ebook. I baught 6 ebooks. I am unable to open them. It says I need to open them with an vendor ID. When I try to deauthorise and login again. It says the same thing every time. It is school books and need it for tomorrow.
