try to install a adobe digital edition for my kobo touch. i have no administrative password -using library computer. what can i do?

I have a kobo touch ereader.  Try to install adobe digital editions.  i only access to a library computer window 7.  Try to download ADE 3. 0. Installater.exe.   No administrative password.

Can you help me.  My kobo touch software is 1.9.17. (r37581 3/16/12)  model no. N905B27210158.
