Trying to download epub from the library -

I have done this a hundred times without issue.  Now I get an error message saying "error creating backupfile:  C:\Users\name\Documents\My Digiital Editions\backup_manifest.xml  Error detail:  Error #2038.  So nothing is downloading.  I just moved to Windows 10 - don't know if that is the variable that caused this.
