Turning Pages in Digital Editions

Hello
I have the following problem: When I open a book, I cannot turn the pages. I then have to go to the next page, close the programme and open it again so that it displays the page.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the programme and re-downloaded the books.

I am glad for any help!
