Unable to access my eBook

I am unable to access my eBook bought from CIMA as it says the vendor account is not associated with the item I am opening.  i have reset my password for my adobe ID (email) but still not opening.  please synchronize my enterprise ID with my adobe ID to enable me access my eBook.
