Unable to access my ebooks on Adobe digital editions since replacing my laptop

I have recently replaced my laptop and now I cannot access a book I purchased which is viewed through the above program. The program is asking for a Vendor ID and password. I have no idea where this is acquired from. Can anyone help? The help chat on Adobe has not been helpful
