Unable to access my own content

Hello,

I have two different Adobe accounts. I have attempted to use both logins to register Digital Editions to my computer and reload my book. It would not allow me to load the book because it says the book is linked to another account. I do not have another account.

My computer was recently wiped clean and I had to reinstall everything including this program to regain access to my book and now it is not working. I need my book located and access granted.

1. I need access to my book

2. I need to merge the accounts if possible.
