Unable to add acsm file to library

I purchased a book from Christian Book Distributors and downloaded it from them as an acsm file. When I attempt to add the book to my Adobe Digital Editions library I get this error: “Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER”.

It appears that there is a problem with the license. What can I do to get it loaded into ADE?
