Unable To Authenticate Adobe ID

Attempting to authorize Digital Editions on PC and/or iOS.  Keep getting "Username or password is incorrect".  My login works fine when I go to adobe.com.  Reset the password twice and tested login each time with no problems.  My username matches "Primary email (Adobe ID)" from my Adobe Account profile screen though I've tried the secondary email and Screen Name as well to no avail.  Absolutely no idea what to do here.  

 

Thoughts?

Hello, Did you ever get this issue resolved? I have a similar problem (old Mac, ADE 4.5, attempting to authorize but my Adobe ID is correct, as are my Libby (Overdriver) username / PW and so I still can't use my Amazon Kindle to read books from the library (Canada) - I know in the US they allow that.
