Unable to Authorise Adobe ID

Hi,

I would like to authorise my adobe ID on my 2nd computer to access my study material. I know the proper way to authorise my adobe ID on another computer is to deauthorise ID on current one and authorise it again on a new one. However,  my desktop (the computer which my ID currently authorised on) had a hardware failure during the weekend and I am unable to turn it on to deauthorise my ID. Would you be able to deauthorise it on your end?

    You have more then one activation you should authorize your secound device without deactive the old device. Which error mesage you get if try to authorize the secound account?
