Unable to authorize

I have changed laptops and would like to access my digital editions content on my new laptop. Each time I enter the information I get an error that the vendor account I have entered is not associated with the item I am trying to open.  How can I get access to my study material again to study?

I have tried changing passwords and email addressed but no difference.
