Unable to Authorize Adobe Digital Editions

I am trying to authorize my computer using my Adobe ID for Adobe Digital Editions 3.0 on Windows 10. I get the error: "You can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices. Please try again."

How do I get this computer authorized?
