Unable to de-authorize computer license

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem as I have seen others post - with no solution yet added. Perhaps someone has figured out since 🙂

When I try to Add to Library I get the message: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY.

I have trouble shooted this and found that the manual says de-authorize computer to re-authorize. However, the system will not allow me to. It just says Unable to Erase Authorization and to try again later. But it never works. And so I am uanble to read the books. 

Has anybody found a solutaion? Thank you!
