Unable to de-authorize previous computer

I authorized a previous computer without an Adobe ID, so I am unable to de-authorize previous computers. I no longer have access to that computer either. I am unable to open books that I previously purchased from Google. I have downloaded the ACSM file, but ADE gives me this message: "Unable to download: Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem. E_GOOGLE_DEVICE_LIMIT_REACHED.

I have an ID now, but I can't access my previous purchases.
