Unable to download

I have windows 7 and always use the library site to get ebooks. When I download the book or borrow it, it opens up my adobe digital edition and the book is always there. I've tried to borrow a few different books now, and after ADE opens it says: UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD. Error getting licence. Licence Server communication problem E-STREAM-ERROR.

How do I fix this????
