After borrowing a Ebook from my local library I received a URLLink.acsm to open in ADE.

A message appeared:

Unable to download.Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem.

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

Please advise what to do to solve this problem

    I HAVE SAME PROBLEM MESSAGE WAS:

    "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem. E-STREAM_ERROR"


    I TRIED MULTIPLE LIBRARIES WITH SAME RESULT????

    Same problem here.  I've trashed the copy of ADE I had, reinstalled the latest, and it will open ebooks I already have, but when I try the acsm file from my library, I get:

    I've pretty well given up on all the upgrades and "improvements" from my library, insisting I use ADE for its downloads, and will use alternative sources.
