Unable to download acsm file on ADE

Hi there,

I'm really at a loss here and I really hope someone can help me/give me advice. I purchased an eBook with a local website having never used ADE/eBooks before. It downloaded to an acsm file and every time I try to use ADE to open it it comes up with this error:

Unable to download
Error getting license. License server communication problem: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

 

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall, restart my computer, and de-authorize and re-authorize ADE. I've tried turning off my firewall. Nothing seems to work, because I get the exact same error every time.

    This error message is received when there was an issue importing the ebook file in to file server. Contact the reseller of the ebook to update the eBook file.
