Unable to download ADOBE DIGITAL EDITION

Hi,

I purchased an e-book from wiley.com

when I want to download it, it asks me to download adobe digital edition before allowing to download. However I cant download it.. Tried on three different machines on two different networks. it gives me download error.

I tried downloading it directly from adobe website but still it doesn't detect that adobe digital edition is installed on the PC.

I have exam in less than a week and I need to study.

Please help.
