Unable to download book on iphone

I uninstalled ADE and reinstalled it and authorized the phone but I get the message: Unable to download Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED.

It seems a lot of people have this problem either on a laptop, computer or other devices. What's up?
