Unable To Download Book To E Reader

I got an ereader for Christmas and I was able to get a book from Overdrive from my local library and I am trying to get the ACSM file to my e reader but I am getting the error message that states:

I am using the same email I borrowed the book from so I am not sure how to fix this issue?
