Unable to Download: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

Hello. I face an annoying problem with the programme. Each time I try to download an encrypted ebook file I face the error: Unable to Download: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN. I tried downloading different file, I deauthorised my computer and reauthorised it, and I reinstalled the the latest version of the programme but the same problem occurs.
