Unable to download e-book to Digital Editions

I have successfully authorized, but I cannot download the book. It gives me the following message: Unable to download. Error getting licence. Licence server communication problem. E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. I have already de-authorized then re-authorized after re-installing the Adobe Editions Software again.

Its a problem with time, date or timezone. Check if has you the rigth settings. Is this finde should the reseller of the eBook check the setting of the server.
