Unable to Download eBooks

I'm trying to download library books from Overdrive.

Strangely, I can download one book but not another. I get the error:

E Lic Already Fulfilled By Another User

I've tried unauthorising, uninstalling and reinstalling; doing those steps with a different browser AND doing those steps with my antivirus and firewall turned off. However, to no avail. I'm currently using version 4.5 on Windows 7.

All help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

    You get the error that fulfilled by another User when the eBook are linked with a other Adobe ID.

    Often its happens when you open/download a eBook before you authorize Digital Edition. Then

    authorize and can the eBook no longer read.

    By deleting the adept folder in the register you are going in as a new ade

    user. the ACSM file should open as soon as you

    key in your userid & PW. ADE would work a lot better if overdrive would

    give you the actual epub formatted book

    I have windows 10 maybe what I'm saying wont match.

    On your start menu go to Command Prompt

    Type in .. regedit

    Look for adobe section and delete the folder Adept

    The book you downloaded reopen

    ADE will ask you to sign in again.

    Should work after that
