Unable to download Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem E_ADEPT_NETWORK

I have downloaded an EBSCO Ebook to ADOBE Digital edition on my PC and Android phone.  I can read the Ebook on the PC version, but the ADOBE DE App on my phone gives this message: Unable to download Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem E_ADEPT_NETWORK

    Seems a error with the Download Server or the Internet. Has You try it with a other w-lan or internet setting?
