Unable to download - Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

When trying to download an Ebook on my Macbook Pro, I receive an Unable to download with the following error code: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12.  I am using version 3.0 and have attempted to use a later version with the same problem.  I was able to download on another computer, but cannot on the Macbook anymore.  This is a recent problem, I have had no problems downloading in the past.
