Unable to download.  Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I received the above message when trying to download a book from the University of Chicago to Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 e-reader.  I used the chat from Adobe and the "expert!!" there could not help me.  She referred me here.  I went into my Utilities folder, opened the keychain access and authorized the device, but I still get the above error. Does anyone have a solution for this problem?
