unable to download - error getting license, Lisence Server Problem: E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLEDBY_ANOTHER_USER

I downloaded an ebook on my Ipad and wanted to download it on my PC.

I go the impression that it was possible.

When trying to download on my PC, I got the following error:
