Unable to Download Error getting license. Server Communication Problem: E_STREAM_ERROR:

I have been trying to move over my Google Play book to my Nook device and this message keeps coming up. I followed all instructions from the google help website in order to download the books correctly to my Nook, but this keeps coming up. Any suggestions on why this is happening? What do I need to do to get the books onto my nook?
