Unable To Download / Error Getting Liscense

Hello, so I keep getting this one error message that's driving me up a wall.

Tried:

  • Deleting Adept Folder in Register.
  • Resetting Adobe Password to get it authorized.
  • Uninstalling/Reinstalling Adobe Digital

I was originally trying to convert the file type using Calibre so I could read the eBook that I purchased and that promised ePub format, but it won't even let me open it up now with Adobe Digital Edition.  Even if I can't get it on the Kindle, I paid money for it and can't return it, I at least one to read this on my computer. X.X
