Unable to Download error message

Hi, I am trying to download a book from eBrary, but I am receiving the following error message.

"Unable to Download

No record for this loan is found on this machine, it may have been returned."

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Digital Editions, and this has not helped.

Help??!!
