Unable to Download Error Message

I can not access the ebook version of my order number Order# 49437. When I click on the downloaded link of this book it open the Adobe Digital Editions software, but it show a message

"Error getting License: License Server

Communication Problem:

E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER"

could you please assist with solving this issue
