Unable to Download - License Sever Error

Using a MacBook with OS/X 10.10.3 (Yosemite) and installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.0. Created a user account and authorized this

computer. I had previously downloaded an eBook (file type ascm) from my public library and attempted to "Add to Library". That resulted in

the message:

Unable to download

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

What should I do now?
